Head Cushion Foam Kit P/N 525-746
Note:The foam supplied in this kit, P/N 525-746, has been designed specifically to fit the new head cushions (P/N 510-754). Being that the foam pieces of the new head cushion are shaped differently than the previous head cushion, the model does require its own foam replacement kit. The 525-746 head cushion foam kit includes the chin cushion foam as well.
