1) Starting January of 1996, the SL-27 will ship with a new swing catch in place of the tongue catch. This new catch allows the diver quicker, easier removal of the helmet. For Retro fit upgrades order DSI part # 525-106
2) Starting January of 1996, the locking collar on all SL-17C and SL-27 Helmets will be chrome.
DSI will not be exchanging any older stock for these new parts.
