Updated layout.

Fixed the material on the neck dam, it was reversed.

P/N 540-105 Split Ring Now P/N 540-546 Split Ring Stainless Steel

Added P/N 505-741 (Medium/Large, Latex Neck Dam) (KM 37SS, 77,  97 & KM Diamond) and KM Diamond notation to the Neck Ring Assembly for Stainless Steel Helmets.

Removed the chromed brass neck ring assemblies, P/Ns 505-090, 505-093, 505-117, 505-118, 505-119 and 505-120.

Updated location #4 P/N 560-542 Stepped Ring, Stainless Steel, and added two additional P/N 530-022 Screws.
