Added bent tube procedures for the REX regulator.

Updated with front stand offs.

Divided the module into three main sections based on regulator and updated the procedures.

Updated the layout and cross references due to splitting the INTRO module into four separate modules.

Updated the cross references to the torque specs due to the splitting of APNDX into three separate modules.
